As with all of our pieces, this chest is built of solid hardwood, with inset veneered plywood panels on the top and sides, stained, sealed, and varnished with two coats of polyurethane varnish for a long lasting finish. The drawers are constructed of solid maple, with dovetailed corner joints, and a veneered plywood bottom inset into grooves in the drawer sides, and are mounted on roller slides.
